0260 (1)(A) The provider had chemicals on the floor near the washer and dryer that are not inaccessible to children, the provider had several chemicals in the main living room that are not made inaccessible to children. 0260 (a)(b) The storage area off the kitchen was not made inaccessible to children the provider has a gate that was not in place during the visit.
